Hello,
if it can help others i had the same issue over and over again. The solution that i found worked for me is i turned PHOTOGRAMETRY OFF. Since then i can enjoy night flights again.

Just took off from KORD 28R in MS2024 SU1 (.23) on Xbox with PG on. The floating center line lights were at eye level in C172 and looked like I was flying through a line of flying saucers 
What a shame: 4 months of MSFS 2024 and still an unsolved bug in FS2020. Pathetic lack of respect!
Having this problem right now at some 3rd party airports. DD payware KDCA is one of them.
