Have not been on in a few days and when I try to open my flybywire installer I get the following error.
I tried to reinstall with the same issue reappearing.
There’s a new version of the installer out now. Have you deleted the old one and installed the new one yet? Then try and install the update.

Ive tried to install the same downloader but Ive used the previous download link from back in September.
Could you kindly share the latest installer download?

How do I uninstall the previous installer and do a fresh install?
I keep getting the same error
In my case, I go to my Community folder (yours may differ), right click on the old A32NX_Downloader.exe, select delete. Then download and unzip the new installer wherever your old one was. Once installed, I right click on the installer, then select create shortcut, and drag to my desktop.

sorry guys, I’m a complete disaster. I now get this error message.
Run it as administrator. Apparently you’re called ‘New User’ on your own system. You probably don’t have the permissions indeed.
What he said… Right click on the .exe file, select Run as Administrator.
