If i fly in a group and i am the only one with a certain third party plane, will the others be able to see my (bought) plane or do they see a standard plane?
If they have the same plane, they will see it, otherwise they will see a standard plane.
They also have to have the same livery as you do, or they will see a standard livery as well.

If you have the AIG AI traffic installed it will automatically model match those models to another players aircraft in multiplayer, maybe not always but I’ve noticed much of the time it does. Saw someone taxiing around in a Lufthansa a320 at KLAS yesterday with “all players” selected for traffic. And it wasn’t the Asobo A320NX in Lufthansa livery, it was the AIG model.
