Once things balance out, you used the optimal settings. Realize setting sliders two high strains the system over the actual resolution, an are ready to fly with live players, enjoy it. (The cache will make up for it if set to a decent size and you have a SSD).
I recommend you only have on live players and AI / Live traffic off when doing this.

Unzip it. Inside the zip is two folders.

Move the two folders inside to the community folder for FLight simulator 2020 located at C:\Users*YOURNAME*\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Packages
Once those two folders are in the Community folder, launch the game. WHen picking you plane choose the Livery tab . You will now see all the skins (plenty) for the Airbus, and the other cessna if you choose cessna then liveries.
Now fly with your new skin (delta ect). Choose live players and make certain in Graphic option that yo turn off replace Multiplayer plans with generic.
