I set up the flight plan according to the following video content, but why can’t I have TD/TC on FMC as shown at 1:11 in the video?

Did you do the Departure/ Arrival sequence? It looks like you may have missed that?
I have set the departure and arrival process in EFB, as shown in the video content. Is there something wrong with me?
Hmm…that’s interesting. I just imput the same info and it worked OK:
I even tried a couple of different scenarios, like not filing the flight plan with ATC, or adding the departure/arrivals, and it still showed up correctly.
Sorry that I’m not helping you; I know this must be frustating for you. I’m not certain what’s going on with yours, but perhaps try it again and see?
You need to add them in MCDU as well.
No sir, it’s on F-PLN. Mine shows DEST KBOS27 (Boston runway27). Click on the line button next to it, then click on ARRIVAL on top right, then enter your info
You can enter your STAR and trans. Do the same with departure, at the very top of F-PLN.
If looks like you are missing the entire flight plan appart from just the citypair.
If you set it in EFB and do a send to avionics, note that some planes, specially the inibuilds one doesn’t work with that feature. You have to set the entire route manually in the FMC. The least you have to do is set the departure procedure (SID) if there is any and have the plan upto the last waypoint before your arrival procedure (STAR) starts.
If in doubt check a airbus A320 / 330 fms setup tutorial in full. Don’t skip the flight plan setup section. Some videos may show this using simbrief, flight plan request or company route options, but that won’t show you the full manual procedure that you need to do here.
I can set the entire route, but the T/D points cannot be displayed automatically.
