When flying the missed approach the FMS/G3000 automatically switches into a SUSPend mode and won’t fly the navpoints/direct to’s. When reaching an altitude free of obstacles you can put the FMS out of SUSP mode by clicking on the “SUSP” icon in the PFD GTC. In normal flight it’S the OBS button. You switch the FMS back into action and it starts following the missed approach nav points or any new nav data like a new loaded approach or your directs. That’s how it’s working for me. Be aware I’m not a real pilot and never learned it in real life.
