Following the blue rectangles in missions a bad idea? Getting punished?

I used a bit of slipping to get my speed down on approach, but not when trying to lose altitude.

I’ll give that a try thanks.

Has anyone else had that message about a temporary non-availability of live weather by the way?

That sounds like it might be fun to try thanks.

The parachuting missions do appear to provide a fair reward and not getting penalised on reputation would make them even more attractive. I’ll just need to git gud I guess.

I followed one blue path and it had me land on the wrong runway lol. Well? I did what the “helper” told me to do just to see what would happen. I was given negative rep. :frowning:

Yep I did the same thing once they jump throttle to idle and nose dive. On the climb I tried pulling back the mixture but not sure if it made any difference in time.

Mixture is good to help you get the max thrust out of the engine. Just focus on the RPM as you lean, you’ll reach a max point before they start dropping again, that’s where you ideally want to be.

Yes, very well documented.
