The upcoming Mission Impossible 7 movie is filmed here:

Also the new James Bond No Time to Die has several locations in Norway. In the area:

I was thinking that you wanted some pictures from the strip. Taken today.

Would recommend not using live weather tonight, the forecast is
wind at 260 deg 27 to 31 knots gusting 39 to 45.

Thank you so much for a warm welcome and chat at your club. I’m still in chock successfully manoeuvring and “landing” a RF plane on my first ever attempt; although only virtually (RealFlight).

Can confirm the wind conditions are challenging. Knowing Footy, that is just adding spice to the experience.

Thanks for the welcome, the pictures are taken with a mavic in about 20 knots wind, lucky it stayed up there.

On the first pic you see two wooden stakes, these mark the new runway dimensions which is
15x600 meters. The municipality is taking the bill
