Hi all, I just wanted to share this post as a PSA for those interested. Let me start by saying I am in no way shape or form associated with this product. I am just a VERY happy customer.
If you are one of those people who does airline flying or relies on ATC during your flights I highly recommend investing in Pilot 2 ATC or P2A. This requires FSUIPC to run and with a little customization, the flight experience becomes as real as possible. Pair it with some good text-to-speech bundles (or free windows ones) along with navdata updates and you will have something that I am certain the devs will never be able to recreate.
Dave, the guy who created/runs this program is very helpful and is constantly working on improving the project, the more support he gets the better he will be able to make it.
Maybe I am a pessimist, but, I have lost faith in the devs being able to fix the ATC, at least not to the level that some of us would like (overall I find the MSFS ATC quite decent with a few quirks). I am unable to conduct any 787 flights with ATC as bringing up the window renders the sim uncontrollable (bug report filed and given the run around via zendesk).
