This plane works for me in 2024 and I love it! But I did email the dev a while ago to see if he was still planning on doing the ski version. No response, but maybe he’ll get back to it someday. In the meantime, I’m happy with this plane! Especially since the Microsoft version doesn’t stay airborne in 2024.
I´ve made numerous flights with the Microsoft/AH Version in 2024, it stays airborne without any Problem.
You’re right, I was getting it mixed up… it’s actually the single motor Fokker that I have issues with. Sorry about that! The Fokkers and Fords get mixed up in my head sometimes
Yeah it is a shame with such great addons that these things happen. I guess that is the potential consequence of one person developers. For some reason or another they might not have the time or ability to continue their project and then here we are.
Two simulators, two polarised group of players, new tricks to learn in fs24 and crippled market of fs20 it is too much for many devs to make thier efforts…
However, it is not too much to ask that they communicate these issues to us. A bit of transparency goes a long way. That way we don’t have to guess, we could understand the situation better and we wouldn’t feel abandoned. I am certain that there are many logical reasons for the absence, but I would very much like to know if the project is still alive, has there been anything done, what are the hurdles etc.
There were promises of updates made if we go back up this thread, but it has been radio silence for quite some time.

The only bug I can find in 2024 is when you go into Settings and come back to the cockpit there is no sound. However, if you toggle to external view and back, the sounds return.
If you don’t mind flying from the right seat, the copilot disappears. However, if you toggle to external view and back to the cockpit, the copilot returns (you are sitting on him). You will need to map Translate Cockpit View Left and Right if you plan to switch seats as the positioning is a little off.
This aircraft is a work of art. I can’t get enough of looking out the windows at those radials! And it has night lighting. I love it.
How’s the flight model and systems integration?
It’s wonderful! Sounds a great, flies great, textures are excellent. I’m not sure what you mean by systems integration. EGT responds to mixture control. Not much else to it.
Is it an 2024 native version?
Does it have a Sperry? An ADF? Do all switches and handles work?
Is there a handbookmaybe that I can consult before I get the aircraft?
