Pfft, thereâs 16 fewer trees than the real life pic. When will big tech stop shortchanging the consumer and cutting corners itâs ruining meh immersion!

My wife and I debated on which was RL and which was MSFS. Thankfully the comments made it apparent in stating that if Asobo has upped the saturation on the greens it would be more of a match. But man it sure is still hard to tell. And the children in community jump on Asobo every chance, not remembering monochrome 4 inch CRTs and 8 bit sound that was SO immersive LOL. My have we come a very long way. Pray we leave those folks behind moving forward, but that is NOT realistic

My wife thought the upper picture was real. In the lower one she found the colors unnatural (sky blue, colorless trees), so the lower picture had to be from FS2020.
What does this tell us? Reality has a lousy graphics.

I think looking at a picture like this and comparing it is so crazy itâs unbelievable that anyone would care. Like Iâve always said in these posts, the problem with the sim in not the graphics or how many trees they forgot to add. The real problem with the sim is how the planes fly and how the ATC works and how the autopilots work on the âplanesâ because this is supposed to be a âflight simulatorâ first and a graphical marvel second. I doubt that any real simmer have any issues with the graphics, however, I feel that this is something gamers will complain about. Maybe this itâs just me, but I feel complaining about a few missing trees out of billions of trees around the world seem so petty.

Not as much of a ponder, definitely doesnât look as nice as IRL. My biggest take is while flying down the creek, I rounded the corner and saw the exact camping site we spent the weekend at. While flying across NY following the Erie Canal, I could point to every place we ate lunch at and every hotel we stayed at and could follow the route we went through the bigger cities on the bicycle.
Not sure if youâre kidding or not but the image with higher saturation (i.e. the top image) is from MSFS.
