I have a new computer since 4 weeks. A monster if you can say so.
Intel i7 - 13700l
Z690 AORUS MASTER
64 GB RAM
RTX 4090 24 GB
I am very happy with this system.
However, I am currently very annoyed with the MSFS.
I have the same problem every time, after some time, the frames go, no matter if I use PMDG, Fenix or any other plane. I have not yet found a solution, but I can not imagine that this has to do with the system. Do you have the same experience and can help me so that I can fly again without having this problem every time?
You have this problem with the 152, and 172 as well?
yes the msfs is up to date
Would you say this had happened since the latest aircraft & avionics update?
I too fly for a while and the sim becomes unstable with stutters.
A solution for me is to either go into settings turn vsync on and then off again.
OR click my second monitor to come out of sim and then click back in.
Ah, I wasn’t referring to whether your sim is up to date, but whether you have the same issue when flying much simpler aircraft like the Cessna 152 or Cessna 172.
I’ve seen anecdotal evidence that this reduction in performance over time can be attributed to airliners, perhaps related to their much more complex systems simulation, and something in there getting bogged down over time.

Sorry, didn’t realize it, I can’t tell you because I flown only the PMDG and Fenix in the MSFS yet.

In that case, as a test, remove all addons, and fly with Asobo default aircraft for a couple of flights, like the 152/172 I mentioned, but avoid any airliners, and use small GA.
If the issue you have is repeatable you should quickly see whether this has made a difference or not.
