FPS Drops While tabbed out in Windows Mode

nope

Brief description of the issue:

Always in windows mode (Not Fullscreen) When I’m in the game and not tabbed out I get the max FPS. 35% I have mine locked. When I’m out of the game or click out of it while in window mode, FPS drops down… losing 10% to 15%

Flying normal, a to b

PC specs and/or peripheral set up if relevant:

i7 10700k @5.1
asus GTX 1660ti
32gb ram

Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue:

1.26.5.0

Windows gives higher priority (i.e. more CPU time) to applications in the foreground. Not a bug in Flight Simulator, in my opinion.

It can be a pain. As regards streaming at the same time.

It wasn’t this before, only in the last week, it’s been doing it. Tabbed out and FPS drops in MSFS and OBS works all fine, as soon as I’m back into MSFS all my OBS browser source stutters
