Hi, I have had the same experience. After about 15 minutes there was a frame drop from 55-60 to about 25-28. The Sim still ran smoothly but not as it did at the beginning of the climb. Cloud setting from ultra to high brought 5-8 frames but everything else was without further influence. Towards the end of the flight and landing, the Sim reached a maximum of 35 frames. I then reloaded the flight directly and reached 55-60 frames again. Strange. But all in all, for me a really good update considering that the whole earth is in there. No CTD ́s and the graphics or LOD ́s are definitely improved. I don’t want to complain.
