FPS Locked at 30 FPS after Starting Flight

I’ve started to have an issue where my FPS seems to lock in at 30FPS once I click on ‘Ready To Fly’. When I first start MSFS the FPS shows up to 60 (which I beleive is the limit for my monitor), and even once the flight is loaded (but before I press ‘Ready to Fly’) it is hovering in the top 50’s. As soon as I press the Ready to Fly though it just drops to 30.0FPS exactly and doesn’t fluctuate (well, maybe by 0.2fps).

My Nvidia settings are set to 100FPS so it can’t be that causing it. This has only started happening in the last couple of days so not really sure what’s going on??

Has anyonce else experienced anything similar and have managed to fix the issue?

Did you use the SU10 BETA and Multimonitor setup ?

If not, may be check whether you have Vsync enabled, which switch to the resp. Step.

PS: issues related to su10 beta should be reported in #sim-update-10-beta

Thanks for that. I checked and you were indeed correct. Vsync was turned on in NVCP. I turned it off and voila, I have much higher frame rates now.

Thanks again
