Fragments of aircraft are rendered twice in the right side VR Lens, when in external view

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:

When in the external view, while in VR, a portion of the aircraft will be rendered a second time and offset to the right of the actual aircraft. This only appears in the right lens/view, not in the left lens.

This only happens in the external view, this does not happen in the internal view(s).

This happens with numerous aircraft from various developers and various sizes.

This only happens to aircraft, no other objects are duplicated or rendering twice.

[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?

Yes

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

I can see it every single flight, in the right lens. However it does depend on the direction you are looking. Depending on the direction you look and where the airplane is in relation to your view, different parts of the aircraft will be duplicated.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

  1. Enter VR Mode with any aircraft, large aircraft might be more obvious
  2. Enter the standard external view
  3. Focus on the right side lens, then look toward you left, perhaps pan around some, eventually you’ll notice this secondary rendering.

YOUR SETTINGS

If the issue still occurs with no mods and add-ons, please continue to report your issue. If not, please move this post to the User Support Hub.

What peripherals are currently plugged in, as well as your VR headset? Please name all of them as there could be a potential conflict.

[PC Only] Are you using Developer Mode or have you made any changes to it?

No

[PC, MSFS 2020 Only] Are you using DX11 or DX12?

DX12

[PC Only] What GPU (Graphics Card) do you use?

4080s

[PC Only] What other relevant PC specs can you share?

4080s w/7800x3D. I’m using an Oculus 3, however as you can see from my screenshot, it’s not the Oculus that’s showing this doubling, it’s happening within the sim before it’s streamed to the headset.
