Description
Welcome to the first leg of the France & Benelux Tour.
We meet up at El Prat (LEBL) Near Barcelona and pick up where we ended the Spain Bush Flying Tour. As Barcelona is still about 60nm away from the border with France we have some flying to do.
We will fly over the City of Barcelona and back into the Pyrenees. About halfway we take a quick 10 minute break at Aerodrom Tapioles (LEAF) before flying the last few miles to enter France.
After we enter French airspace we will climb to an altitude of 9000ft to have a look at the Puig dels Tres Vents, a mountain of the Canigó Massif and head North-East to finally safely land at Rivesaltes Airport near Perpignan, located in the center of the Roussillon plain.
Perpignan is the first big French city after the spanish border, and the capital of the French part of Catalonia.

ABOUT LOADING FLIGHT PLANS
We recommend NOT changing the spawn location before loading in, as it can possibly overwrite the flight plan, turning it into a straight DIRECT GPS flight, or the autopilot will not follow it. Leave the flight plan as is, spawn on the runway and park somewhere nearby until take-off.
