The mouse in freelock on XBox X is still awful. As a work around you can use the keyboard. However, don’t change the keyboard to 2020 bindings!
Unfortunately, Microsoft don’t publish a list of keyboard bindings. I find this absurd.
Anyway, look at Flight Sim Coach, register and you get a free 3 page (sensible font size) list of all the bindings.
