I’ve already tried this but it was still stuttering!, that’s the most frustrating thing about it all, according to everything I was reading online, it should have been working fine but there still was major stutters!
It does make me think that there’s something under laying in the game that’s causing this issue, as my current settings appear to be the smoothest I can get!

, I may be tempted to change my settings again when the SU4 comes out next month when they have promised a performance update but until then, I’ll stick with my current settings as it’s the best my system is performing for a while
