What monitor and what graphics card are you using? I’m using a Gigabyte RTX2060 Super with an approved Gigabyte 32" monitor. I have G sync/G sync compatible enabled and tested, the monitor is Freesync, the Nvidia card is G Sync. Seems fine, tests OK. Definitely runs less than 60 FPS. Microstutters seem to happen occasionally, but not enough to be a major problem with my older graphics card. You can shut off sync and try it, won’t hurt anything, but I’d be surprised if any major changes were noted.
