I’m using a 2080 super graphics card, Intel 7 I9700k processor and 32 gig of RAM!, I have a 32 inch monitor that is showing ‘Freesync Enabled when I go onto the monitor OSD so I assume it’s working, however it’s still stuttering big not as bad!
On Nvidia Control panel, I’ve got a max of 30FPS with vsync also enabled, I keep thinking I’m missing something that will suddenly change the game and start it running smoothly again
