There is not. According to the Code of Conduct, English is the forums official language. You can use French in the #multiplayer section.

It might be a good idea to help people out, if we got a similar button in the “editor window” ( where I currently write the text ). Possible a point for the wish-list.
To the “translation” button, you have the possibility to translate the whole page on Chrome.
Also works.
If you want to write in English, the opposite is also possible with the translation tool from Google
