I have now completed a fresh install of Windows 11 Pro and am still having an issue. Before posting this I ran hardware checks, memory checks, and NVMe/SSD checks and everything passed. No hardware issues found from software tests. I also checked all hardware components except for the cpu for proper "seating
" to the mobo.
