Frustrating issue with Nvidia (591.74) Update(s)? - Please help!

I need help, I’m experiencing this problem in many games. It’s a laptop I bought a month ago. I’ve tried many things, including clean installations. I even updated the BIOS to Nvidia 577.05, but the result is the same.
