Did you run the FSDT Updater since updating to SU5 (they did release rather large updates for most/all of their airports to update for SU5)? Assuming you bought from them that is. If you bought in Marketplace it may take a few days/a week for the update to hit.

I have CYVR from the marketplace and I can confirm that I do see jetways.

Update your scenery through the marketplace or through FSDT’s live updater and it should be fixed
