While crashes in MSFS can occur, they usually result in a CTD, not a PC shutdown. As others have noted above, if your entire PC is shutting down, it is likely your computer is experiencing a hardware issue of some kind and it is shutting down to protect itself. These can be difficult to troubleshoot, but some common items to check are your RAM (run MemTest86 overnight to check it), power supply (make sure yours is rated with enough wattage for your PC’s components, especially your GPU) and fans/cooling (buy a can of compressed air and blow out your fans to keep them clear of dust).
