I assume you meant “Dynamic Settings”? I had blurry textures with it and without it turned on, haha. It doesn’t seem worse with the setting turned on, though.
And I think that’s the point. If you adjust the settings so that you’re usually in the ballpark of your target anyway, the blurries should, at the very least, not be much worse than normal.
