[FSS] Random Airdventures (Multiplayer Tour)

Tired of predictable routes and neatly planned itineraries? Then welcome to our new Random Airdventures series — where we throw the flight plan dice and see where the winds take us!

Here’s how it works:

  • Before each flight, we’ll use the Random Flight Generator to create a completely random route somewhere in the world.

  • We’re aiming for a 2 hour ride and 4 stopovers each time, give or take.

  • I’ll share the generated flight plan via Discord, so you can load it into your FMS, LittleNavMap or MS Flight Planner if you’d like. Or you can just follow the pack without loading any plan - that’s fine.

  • Then we simply take off together and see what happens — no guarantees, no expectations, just pure flying fun, low and slow, real weather but during daylight conditions.

  • As usual the legs will also be streamed on the FlightSimSafaris Discord and archived on the Youtube channel.

This is all about exploration, spontaneity, and a bit of chaos — discovering new places, enjoying unexpected approaches, and seeing where the randomizer leads us.

Sometimes the flights might be a bit on the boring side, other times scenery might be spectacular – you never know what’s gonna happen.

Whether you join for the full flight or just a leg or two, it’s all about good vibes and shared adventure. Sometimes the best flights are the ones you didn’t plan.

Before each flight:

Please make sure you join the FlightSimSafaris Discord to be able to communicate and get directions. It doesn’t hurt to be 5 minutes early.

First random ride was a little chaotic, but things will settle in eventually once we have proceedings laid out properly…

Here’s the YT playlist for people to take a look at if they’re interested in joining this event series.

I’ll need to fix the RFG to spit out plans which are compatible with the 2024 EFB.

In case anybody will be wondering on the next legs: I’m going to stop working with Twitch for the time being. I don’t really care about that platform and my time’s limited - website, Discord and Youtube are enough. So the group flights will continue to take place on Discord, including a live stream there to make things easier to coordinate, but I’ll leave out Twitch.

Happy flying everyone!
