Sure. Just make sure you don’t download it from some “mirror” site or that the website of the original programmer didn’t get compromised.

FSUIPC is a renown tool in the flight sim community. Many addons require it to function properly, as it adds so many functions that the base game otherwise doesn’t have.
It’s safe, but always be sure to get it from the official source, and not shady torrent sites.

It gives a warning because the .exe is packed (upx) if you unpack it, it wont give a warning.
Kaspersky said no virus; good enough for me.
