I’d say that’s the 350 pit not the 320???
The file download ??!

Took Robert Richardson’s excellent Gloster Meteor for FSX, applied some polish and ported it into MSFS…
Took the Q400 for a test flight KSEA - KPDX. Successful, needing some minor FDE tweaks. If you’re interested, the full screenshots of the flight is posted in the “What did you do in MFS today?” thread.
The Sukhoi Su-26 created by Alabeo for FSX looking great in the new sim (after a little tweaking of the model). The FDE needs a bit of work, however…
How functional is it?
The props were really fun to mod. As I think about my next mod - back to large jets… maybe. Liking the proportions of this model a lot, unlike the default FSX model that is a bit off. This one looks quite realistic.
no switches,since Asobo`s remove
rest work fine
It is one of the best portovers right now. Flight Model is pretty good (legacy flight model setting). The only few issues:
- Throttle response. Have to be gingerly with the throttle
- Aircraft does not want to slow down on approach and landing. I had to increase the spoiler effectiveness quite a bit.
- Sound can be improved
- Minor bug in the cockpit due to different lighting causing occasional pixalation.
Other than that, it’s pretty good.
Is this a Payware?
Yes, it is Payware from way back. I purchased it initially for FSX back in 2009.
Lotus L-39. Check on simmarket.
Just read the latest 12.17 dev update. Noticed that the bug “Mirror Textures 747-8” went from status “Under Investigating / Backlog” to “Not Planned”. Guess they’re not fixing the problem. How are we suppose to enjoy all those excellent repaints for the default 747 if the liveries are not displaying right? That’s an immersion killer for me. My initial scope has just expanded. I’ll trade LOD details for liveries displaying correctly. Shame.
Default 747-8i will be in the hangar until Asobo changes its mind
As a bonus, the Cargo model is the right one, and I’m not using a cargo livery on a 787-8i model
Funnily enough, I’ve been considering merging the old payware fsx CLS 747 classics with the Asobo 747 vc (for use on my own sim only, of course) , especially now that a third party Kai Tak is available. The classic 747 still looks good externally in the new sim…
Is this Chipmunk the Rick Piper model? I have been in direct touch with Rick over the last few months to encourage him to work on converting it. If this is his, let me know and I will ask if he is willing to allow it to be released, or if he might be interested in working with you to perfect it.
Ps… The reason I love the Chippy… Like many of my generstion, it introduced me to flight. Great video here that brings back memories of 1971.
I’ve have quite a few prop warbird ports that veer way off to the left on takeoff. No amount of rudder will correct it. I’ve set the flight model to both modern and legacy. Is this the torque setting?
Have configured the standard ATC callout for baggage and catering trucks to open up the awesome ex-Project Opensky freeware 748F GSE - the good old days! And that livery … man that was one of my fav back in the day.
