I think I see your problem. Look at the very bottom right side of the screen and the “zoect naar vlieg simulator” - lookingf or flight simulator message. The plugin is likely not finding the simulator.
One of the current bugs with Air Manager is their plugin. It seems to drop out between sessions. You either need to go into your services and manually restart the service between sessions. Or the quicker solution I find is to keep a copy of the plugin service installer on my desktop. I re-run that between every session to ensure that everything will work smoothly.
