Based on the info in the Development Update that came out Sept 10, I would guess it will be at the end of next week.
PATCH #2!
- Patch is finishing final testing. Being prepped for release.
- Patch will be released within the next 10 days.
- Full patch notes will be released with the patch.

Within 10 days of the last announcement, so we should expect to see patch #2 within 8 days now.
