I had an initial cruise altitude of 9000ft but i wanted to climb further to 11000. But all the altitudes I edited have Xs throught them. Take a note of the distances between the waypoints.
Set your altitude preselect to 11,000 and climb.
If you change it in the EFB to 11000ft and then resend to ATC and avionics. Set on HDG mode first and then you might need to do a DIR to before putting nav back on. It’s a thought

You pointed me in the right direction tho. Of course I don’t have the EFB but I gave myself a direct to the next waypoint and that cleared all the crosses. Thank you for that!
