Sure, no problem! I know a lot of those items are minor and probably not possible. But figured since I had the list I would copy it here.

As for the steering, it seems pretty accurate to me. It is pretty common to use a little differential braking to help pull the nosewheel around. The key is to get momentum moving straight forward and then come in on full steering and adding brakes and power as need be. It should make a 30’ radius turn. (27’ 7" to be exact!) I did a quick trial in the sim and did a 180° turn on a 60’ wide runway, and the wingtip went from one edge to the other. So right at 30’ radius based on my un-scientific testing.

I hesitate to comment on the prop-wash effect, as this is mostly subjective. And dependent on what input devices are being used, calibration, etc. Can you expand a little more on " pitch effect due to propwash + elevator deflection"? If I understand correctly, are you referring to the pitching moment or change as power is applied and then removed?

And regarding “By default, you could have a tailstrike while standing still depending on your CG”, this is actually true. Many a Bonanza owner has witnessed the tail strike the ground when a couple adults jump into the back seats. Once you get a couple people up front and the engine running it is better. (After helping lift the tail off the ground!). I would always stand back by the horizontal stabilizer and subtly lift up on the tail if bigger people were climbing into the cabin.
