Game is unable to be played on Xbox Xcloud. Can't get past Text Narration screen

Game doesn’t get past text narration screen right after loading. Can see mouse pointer in top left corner that won’t move with my bluetooth controller.

I am having the same issue, why the bot has suggested mods when it was stated we are playing on Xbox via cloud is beyond me. Hopefully they will look into this, available on Xbox cloud play but not past this screen!

Have you tried clearing the reserved space and save in the Xcloud menu?

Click on your profile icon in the top right corner of Xcloud. Go to settings. Manage Games. Look for MSFS 2024. And click on clear reserved space and clear save. This should force you to start all over again and try if that fixes the issue. Maybe.

No effect unfortunately. They’ve uploaded the PC version instead of Xbox for Xcloud.

I concur with the other persons- I am using cloud version with Xbox wireless controller- when I load flight simulator cloud edition, everything is fine until the screen narration option screen. the mouse arrow is stuck upper left, and neither a controller or mouse works. cannot get past it. I bought the gamepass to play via cloud and now finding it fails. can you resolve this ASAP or I will cancel my subscription

Same here. I’m on Xbox Cloud via Meta Quest 2 and I get the same thing. Can’t click either option, enable or skip, and I have a cursor stuck at the top left. I too subscribed to Cloud specifically for FS2024. There has to be a fix.

I’m finding now every other log in doesn’t work. Basically I can select a flight using the controller but then the start button to go to the menu doesn’t work, so I have to quit to exit. None of the controls work properly either. But then other times it works fine. Weird.
