Game problems after installing patch 1.8.3

I have an I7 10700 with 32 gb of Ram DDR4, a 6 gb Gtx 1660 Super graphics card, 2 two 1 gb SDDs
When I start playing, after a few moments the game crashes and closes automatically.
The graphics card is updated as of today.
My version is Premium Deluxe, and it is updated to version 1.8.3.
Furthermore, I have deleted the game and reinstalled it, and the same problem remains.
Is there any solution.
