I know this topic has been discussed, but I still can’t get past the loading screen where the little circle turns on the lower right-hand corner of the page. Is that a server issue?

I’m here reading threads because my xbox x sim crashed four consecutive times, for me it’s non functional or partly functional at best, either way it’s too dysfunctional to be functionally enjoyable.
Having spent the last 30 +min reading various threads, it’s of my opinion that’s its server related combined with various other bugs 
No, it is not server related.
