game is stuck at Syncing data at start up. can anyone help???..please!!!

OMG–Fixed it. Delete the RollingCache.CCC file in the Local Cache folder. Here is the link from Microsoft Support. Go to #5.
I still have this problem. People are telling me servers are down but i see nothing online about it.
Did you delete the RollingCache file?
Figured it out called Microsoft and they did some cleanup
Hi I had same problem, I went into Fs app and clicked repair. dID NOT WORK. I THEN CLICKED ON RESET AND THAT DIDNT WORK. AFTER NUMEROUS SHUT DOWNS/RESTARTS I RIGHT CLICKED ON THE PAGE AND SYNC COMPLETED IN A MATTER OF SECONDS. GAME NOW OK. AM USING GAMING LAPTOP.
