Game always stuck when updating. See screenshot.

It works for a file or 2 then I get stuck again.

Ok, I have now done all that and I am still stuck.
EDIT: After I did all that, I went back and deleted the download files as said in my original link. Now it seems to be downloading fine for now…
Will report back if it stops again.

Ok it still stop once in a while, but less frequently… (stopped 3 times in the last 10 Go downloaded).
I should at least be able to finish the update eventually.
