Ok, this is getting dumber by the minute…I click the desktop Sim Icon and it takes me to Gaming Services. I can not only get any update, I can’t even open the current sim…just takes me to that page and no other options…what the heck ASOBO???

same here, getting the dreaded error 0x80073cf9 in the MS Store. Contacted helpdesk, they couldn’t help… do you have the same problem? I managed to get to 97%, then the installer crashed, directed me to the store and from there it needs to ‘reinstall’ but then ‘error’…
Hey guys. TRy going to the apps section of the windows settings. Then search gaming services in the search box. When you find it click on advanced options then press repair and reset and then try opening flight simulator again. That should sort it. For some reason I’m having a different issue where the update wont appear in the app store. says I’m up to date. Very frustrating! Good luck with your problem though.

I can’t even get to the download or the current installed sim…just takes me to the Gaming Services page, tells me I have to install that, then I get an error and following the links takes me to a MS page that you need to be a programmer to understand…
