Does anyone know if there is a way to bind a key function to control the map range for the Garmin? I find it a bit hit and miss when trying to adjust the knob with the mouse in flight, especially when there is turbulence. Even in a smooth flight sometimes when hovering the mouse over the knob it doesn’t seem to register and you have to move the camera around for it to pick it up.
I don’t think there is key bind functionality for any of the Garmin controls yet.
You can do it with arduinos and Mobiflight which supports most/many of the Garmin functions. I have the range controlled by a rotary encoder very handy and much easier than trying to control it with the mouse.
It does require a lot of tinkering around with hardware though.
