That’s right, I forgot UI is broken too. I hate that it takes up space in the toolbar and I have to remember to hide/in hide it constantly. Spoiler alert: I hid it and completely forgot about it until yesterday.
It’s a shame the dev has no further plans for the Super Stearman or the regular one. They’re both prime candidates for FS24’s walk around mode.

Where did you get the idea that we were not updating the Model 75? As a matter of fact it is being updated as I type and will include a Wwise sound set from SimAcoustics, an additional Model the A75N1, updated engine performance parameters correcting issues identified earlier, and additional camera views to allow a preflight inspection as we did with the Super. The package will debut in the Marketplace first and then out to the commercial sector. Hope to have it out by end of March
In that respect you are correct. We have no immediate plans to develop 2024 “native” versions. All our current perform perfectly as 2020 legacy models in Free Flight Mode. Only bug is one Asobo made itself with pilot figured not showing in the external views but I know they are working on a solution.
It’s a shame that they aren’t going to be updated to take advantage of the walk around mode and other features new to 2024 though. It seems a good amount of work went into a similar sort of inspection flow implemented in 2020, completely custom. It sort of just makes sense to me to adapt that to FS24, but what do I know? I’m just an end user.
The - or your - Stearman is a must have for MSFS2024 and I am super happy it will receive a wwise soundset.
I sincerely hope you will develop another diamond like the two Stearmans in the future and I hope (at least for myself) that it will be a no-brainer and day-one-purchase for me again!!
FS2020 XBOX X When start on runway everything works fine… When cold&dark either CHT or oil temp shuts my engine (all actions acording to book, never exceed mp or rpm)… I made test the same airport and there is a difference in plane systems behaviour depends if plane ready on runway or c&d on parking lot.

Edit: This is valuable feeling it is first time I develop something Iike old radial engine paranoia, glancing every minute on CHT, OIL TEMP and pressure gauges.
Please download and review the POH for this model. There is a proscribed process for starting and warm up that if not followed precisely will cause the failure you noted. The fuel valve is coded properly. Cutting the fuel valve won’t immediately cut the engine as fuel remains in the lines allowing combustion. Yesterday we received some troubling news that the developer for our Wwise sound package has suspended operations in order to address circumstances beyond his control. In as much as a WWise sound solution was the primary impetus for the V2.0 update, we’ve suspended the project until our sound dev. is able to resume his operations.
The remants in fuel lined flows endlessly on valve off btw.
The plane can die on you with no reason. CHT start rising and thats it. Nothing can withstand permanent rising cylinder overheating…
BTW I love this plane, that’s way I am so insightful and irritating
IMPORTANT OBSERVATION:
the main CHT killing factor seems to be OAT, every temp above 20c is permanently and unavoidable rising the CHT till engine kill (either before TO, during flight, on approach… it’s like lottery)
After saving the flight (c&d, bat off, brakes, map menu) in next flight (c&d) aircrafts energizer is inoperable, I have to reset it like it is broken
