This probably wonāt help but try unplugging both controllers and then plugging them back in one at a time, in order of your preference to see if they then work properly.
Did anybody else get a popup from Openxr toolkit when they first went into VR? It stated that it was there and can be used.
I did a check and found that the Toolkit companion now has FlightSimulator2024.exe showing up as FS2024 instead of FS2020.
Yes, had the same. Seems like MS/AS has now rebuilt the .exe so other programs can identify them properly.
No didnāt work. So I have identified the Tobii_1 device as the previous Vjoy device. But the behaviour is strange. So when the rudder axis is assigned to it, when I push one pedal, say to turn right, it first turns left briefly before then going right. And vice versa. Makes it completely unusable. I use UCR to create an axis merger for the two pedals, outputted into vjoy which is why having vjoy working within msfs 2024 is so important for me, and I imagine many others. This was working fine in 2020 and 2024 until my version was updated yesterday.
Previous Vjoy would be listed as itās own device. Now it shows as Tobii_1. I also have a Tobii_2 device but no idea what device that is picking up!!!
Iāve gone back to SU4 stable now and it all works fine again, so clearly something implemented in the SU5 beta. I HOPE THIS ISSUE ISNāT INCLUDED IN THE SU5 RELEASE BUILD!! It will affect thousands of people who use Vjoy to allow peripheral use.
With my old System (5900X / 3080TI) AND with my new System (9950X3D / 5090) i notice Microstutters without OpenXR Toolkit(Turbo Mode).
With Turbo Mode ON all is super smooth.

Hmmm, definitely sounds that you need to raise a bug report so that it doesnāt get missed.
To be honest, compared to the SU4 version, 1.7.9 has the following issues when using DLSS4.5.3 preset M:
- From the perspective of the cockpit in a straight line motion on the ground, there may be high-frequency subtle stuttering, which is not as smooth as the SU4
- During the day, airport navigation lights are less prominent, especially in low visibility situations
- Clicking the config button on the aircraft selection interface still cannot select the texture

Yeah itās been this way for a while unfortunately. I swear the draw distance on road traffic used to be a lot better. Wish there was a setting for it. Very immersion- breaking to have cars constantly spawn in or drop out.
Wish they didnāt shimmer so much too!
About the cars in sections: I never have seen this any different. Thereās s section forward and back where cars are rendered. Beyond that, nothing. I remember seeing this early in MSFS2020 already.

I basically donāt see cars anymore because they are only rendered in a very small radius. Itās pretty annoying to be honest.
I was messing with settings just yesterday trying to get cars to spawn much farther out. No luck.
Itās no coincidence that they do this at the expense of performance. And perhaps the vehicles, in general, donāt have that much impact, but I also believe, like you, that the configuration is for the overall scene, which is why they donāt appear in the distance.
In the previous beta and in SU4 there was an assistance option to keep the wings level, which I used a lot, especially with GA aircraft. Without that option, all my airplanes tend to turn to the right. In the latest beta, however, that option seems to be gone.
Done a couple of flights. First was the A359 from Asobo LAX to MK Studios Helsinki. Performance was absolutely rotten at both airports with a huge, many seconds long freeze on touchdown
Then I took the A330-300GE from MK Studios Helsinki to LVFR Madrid. Performance in this was really quite good. No issues encountered other than the aircraft making the 2500 callout while I was climbing out of Helsinki
