Give me my purchase!

Request #37159 Purchase of KDEN

I have submitted a request that MS is ignoring!!! I bought KDEN. The server kept saying there was a problem with the purchase. It never sent my purchase to me. Yet, I paid for it. The bank processed the charge. I provided a copy of the purchase on my bank statement to MS. And they have ignored me for a week. WHERE IS MY DAMNED PURCHASE???

I am hoping that MAYBE someone from MS reads these forums. I will repost this over and over if they feel like deleting it without first FIXING THE PROBLEM!!!

Be careful if you use the Market to make a purchase for FS2020. I know many that it works just fine, but I have heard that I am NOT the only one that had an issue with this. Why can’t MS simply reply to my submitted issue???

If I have to contact my bank to dispute the charge I will be posting on the BBB site as well as filing a formal complaint with the Ohio State AG’s office!!!

This is NOT how you run a business and since I can’t do it with my business MS can’t either!!! I paid, give me my purchase!!!

They will get you sorted out am sure their might be people ahead of you in the line.

I think MS is quite busy sorting out the critical issues where people cannot install or start the game. Since you can prove that you bought the desired version i would not worry, they will sort it out. I would never expect big launches like this to work perfectly fine and smooth for everyone.

Im sure they are. I’m spoiled I guess. I am used to getting what I pay for when I pay for it. Go figure. Lol
