When attempting to release the winch cable at the moment the release audible plays, I fail. As soon as the release cable audible is heard, the audible that the ’ Auto Back-Release’ has taken place immediately plays.
There is not enough time to react to the first audible and the trigger of back-release.
To pass and get a 100% on Tow Release Timing, you have to release during the training audible voice over. Release the cable just after the instructor tells you to listen for the audible and just before the instructor finishes talking. The instructor will tell you that was the proper way, and you will pass the training.
