Glitches After Disengaging the A/P or Just Changing Aircraft in New Free Flight Session

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: I’m using an Xbox series X. After disengaging the A/P from any aircraft in Free Flight, I can’t re-engage the A/P without the plane acting unreliably or the A/P not working at all. Also, after finishing a Free Flight session and I go back to change to a different aircraft, the same problem occurs. The only way for me to fix this is to hold the on/off button in the off position for at least 20 seconds to wipe the Xbox memory clean and let MSFS 2024 load from the start. It seems to be worth the extra 3 to 4 minutes to reload MSFS 2024.
