Cannot zoom in or out using gns 530.

  1. fly a plane w/ gns 530 with a flight plan loaded. i’ve seen in a2a comanche and black square duke.

  2. try to zoom

Same issue here. Zoom does not work. Both ZOOM IN and ZOOM OUT are being pressed at the same time if you look closer.

I attempted to replicate this issue with the Cessna 172 Basic (GNS530/430) and the RNG buttons on the 530 work properly. Please elaborate so we can assist with further investigation.

I was able to confirm this bug on the Black Square Commander 114. The RNG buttons on the GNS530 do not function. I wonder if this could be related to changes made to the SDK not yet updated by third party developers.

I also confirmed that stock aircraft are working properly, but the 2 3rd party do not. Not sure what the difference would be. I need to go back and see which stock aircraft I tested with, can’t remember off-hand.

Negative. Many official aircraft, such as the Asobo/Inibuilds Curtiss C-46 and the Bell 47 J-2 GPS units have the same issue, zoom function inoperative.

I did some flights in the 182 RG yesterday and noticed this. Today I’m flying the 210 and it’s working fine.

Tried the Microsoft/Got Friends Optica this a.m. and the 530 zoom did not work. Tried the Asobo Pilatus Porter immediately after it and it did work. ???

Tried it again this a.m. with the 1.9.13.0 build and the problem seems to have been resolved (at least on the Carrenado Cessna Skymaster and on the DC-3. I’ll try others…

I tested the Commander 114 GNS530/430 with SU7 beta 1.9.13.0 and the range button works as expected.

Looks to be resolved on the A2A Comanche as of 1.9.13. Thank you!
