The GPS panels cannot be popped out.

Are you under SU3 Beta ?. If so issue has been reported here: MSFS2024 SU3 1.5.7 Popout windows not working

Minor cosmetic difference: the outer ring of the PUSH CRSR knob is illuminated with a green LED in MSFS2020, but not in MSFS2024.
