Supersampling is used in VR for ages in all kinds of games. It just returns a sharper image. If you try it you will see the difference. Also, if using DLSS, supersampling can overcome the blurry glass cockpit text in native resolution. Everything just seems sharper even using DLSS Balanced + OXRTK supersampling at 4000x… pixels or up to 4200x… After that it seems to lose the advantage. I’m still experimenting on what is the best visuals to performance ratio.
