Sound package/files: I believe I have answered this concern earlier in this very thread. We have a licensing agreement with the developer of the legacy sound file used in that project that stipulates that we not modify it in any way or be held in violation of that agreement.
Updates: Speaking for GAS I wish to make it very clear that at no time was there an expectation set for more than what was released in the final version. There have been no updates since that release and none are planned at this time. I acknowledge that this answer may not be one that is satisfactory for some, but that is the only answer there is. For now.
The future: If our team decides after the release of MSFS 2024 our projects need to be updated then we will have that discussion among ourselves on how to address. It would a inefficient use of our time and effort to make any substantial adjustments to the current model given Asobo’s track record of breaking 3rd party models in the past. Therefore, for now, we will not entertain any requests for changes but will list all concerns internally and opportunities should we decide to go down that path after MSFS 2024 is up and we understand what impact that has on existing projects.
In closing: Thanks for your continued interest in the work and what we will accept as constructive critique without controversy. Believe it or not , it is appreciated
